Employee activity can be monitored, and users can set permissions for owners, store managers, employees, and other roles. Inventory, layaways, turnover, cost of goods sold, and profit margins are all tracked automatically, and all transactions and alterations are logged and archived. Moneywell automatically notifies users of upcoming sales, item availability, and payments due for layaways by email or SMS. Customer information, pawns, sales, and payment histories are all stored in the customer database. Hardware integrations allow users to print barcodes and item labels, manage cash drawers, scan state IDs and driver’s licenses with magnetic or 2D-barcode scanners, and capture customer signatures and fingerprints. With Moneywell, users can calculate loans at any time, along with principal balance reductions, partial payments, nontaxable service fees, interest charges, and forfeit dates.
